Not every craving calls for a cake. Sometimes it’s a fudgy brownie at the end of a long day, a muffin that actually qualifies as breakfast, or a bar you can’t quite stop eating. That’s exactly what this corner of our menu is for.
Like everything at Aaron’s Vegan Bakery, what you’ll find here is made entirely from plant-based ingredients — no eggs, no dairy, no shortcuts — and baked fresh in small batches in our Cave Creek kitchen.
If you’re after something more celebratory, we also make vegan cakes and cupcakes for birthdays and special occasions.

The Same Scratch-Made Standard, Every Time
Every brownie, bar, and muffin we make goes through the same process as our cakes and cookies — built from scratch, tested until the texture is right, and made without any of the animal products that most conventional recipes rely on.
Getting a fudgy brownie without butter and eggs isn’t a given. Getting a muffin that’s moist all the way through without dairy takes real work. We’ve done that work so you don’t have to think about it — you just get to enjoy the result.
Small batches. Fresh ingredients. Compostable packaging. That’s the standard on everything that comes out of our kitchen, whether it’s a tiered wedding cake or a single brownie.
Getting Your Desserts
Pickup in Cave Creek
All of our other desserts are available for pickup at our Cave Creek, AZ kitchen. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all orders. Pickup is available Monday–Friday 7am–6pm and Saturday–Sunday 8am–3pm, with your specific pickup time confirmed at checkout.
Arizona Shipping Available
Select items from this category — including brownies and bars — are available to ship anywhere in Arizona via USPS Ground Advantage. Phoenix-area orders typically arrive within 1–2 days; the rest of the state can expect delivery in 2–4 days after shipment. Order by Friday for Monday shipping.

What kinds of desserts are in this category?
This is our catch-all for everything that isn’t a cake, cupcake, or cookie. Right now that includes brownies, bars, and muffins as staples, plus a rotating cast of seasonal items that changes throughout the year.
Do these items ship?
Some do — brownies, bars, and select pastries are available for Arizona shipping. Items that don’t travel as well, like muffins, are pickup only. The shop will show you which fulfillment options are available for each item at checkout.
How often does the seasonal menu change?
Roughly with the seasons, though we add and rotate items more frequently than that. Following us on Instagram is the best way to catch new items as they drop.
Do I need to order 72 hours in advance?
Yes — like all of our products, we’re a scratch bakery and require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all orders. This ensures everything is made fresh specifically for you.
Can I request a specific dessert that isn’t currently on the menu?
Possibly — we love a challenge. Reach out through our contact page and tell us what you’re after. If it’s something we can make work, we will.
Are these items good for gifting?
Absolutely. A box of brownies or an assortment of bars makes a genuinely thoughtful gift — especially for anyone with egg or dairy sensitivities who doesn’t often get to enjoy something homemade. Our vegan cookies are also a great shippable gift option if you’re sending something across the state.
