Hey there! I’m Aaron, the heart (and whisk) behind Aaron’s Vegan Bakery. My interest in baking began where most people’s do – with eating as many home-baked desserts as I could, from friends, family and neighbors. As a recent vegan convert who has always had a love of nature, I set out to prove that quality desserts don’t have to sacrifice ethics or the planet.

As a self-taught baker, I thrive off my stubborn curiosity, experimenting with and tweaking recipes that are 100 % vegan, and don’t compromise on flavor. I have made it my mission to truly understand the science of baking, ensuring that every dessert that leaves our vegan bakery has the same taste, texture and consistency as the original recipe it’s based off of.

When I’m not busy measuring flour or perfecting my vegan frostings, you’ll find me tending to my home garden, traveling the world in search of new desserts and inspiration, or diving into a new mystery/thriller novel.
