Freshness First: Our Shipping Policy
At Aaron’s Vegan Bakery, we believe everyone deserves a great vegan treat, no matter where in Arizona they live (Yes, we only ship to Arizona). However, because our goodies are made fresh without the heavy preservatives found in store-bought snacks, we do things a little differently to ensure your treats arrive tasting like they just came out of our oven.
The “Will It Travel?” Test
Not every item in our vegan bakery is cut out for the journey to your doorstep. We only ship items that we know can handle a few days in transit without losing their texture or flavor.
- Road-Trip Ready: Our vegan cookies, brownies, and muffins are built for the journey.
- Special-Care Sweets: Items like our cupcakes and cakes, or cookies with meltable mix-ins are currently available for local pickup only.
- How to Shop: When shopping for desserts, choose the “shipping” option to see what is available to be sent to your door (our full menu is available for pickup).
Timing & The “Weekend Rule”
To avoid having your delicious vegan desserts sitting in a hot sorting facility over the weekend, we only ship orders on Mondays, which means, we need your order placed by Saturday at 3:00pm MST. If you place your order after 3:00pm MST on Saurday, it will have to wait another week :(.
- The Wait: Please allow 2–3 business days for us to bake your order from scratch.
- The Journey: We generally use 2-day shipping to keep things fresh. Because we don’t use artificial stabilizers, we prefer “fast” over “cheap” when it comes to shipping speeds. If you live outside of the greater Phoenix area, it might take 2-3 days but we will always choose the fastest option within reason.

Shipping Rates & Handling
Shipping perishables requires a bit more “love”—and sometimes extra insulation or eco-friendly cooling packs.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our bakery.
- Pro-Tip: Shipping for one box of cookies is often the same as two. Why not double up?
When You Get Your Package
Since our products are vegan and made with natural ingredients, they are happiest when eaten soon after arrival. For that “straight-out-of-the-oven” feel, we recommend popping your cookies or brownies in the microwave for 5–10 seconds.
The “Crumb Happens” Clause
We pack our treats securely to prevent shifting, but a little “postal turbulence” can occasionally cause a cracked cookie or a stray crumb. If your order arrives in a condition that is truly un-snackable, please send a photo to orders@aaronsveganbakery within 24 hours so we can make it right.
